    Application Notes:  The following criteria will appear on the rental standards given to every property regardless of it's size and demographics:

     1.  Each application must be filled out completely.  We require one application from each person over the age of 18.  Any incomplete application may not be returned to you for completion or a satisfactory explanation.

     2.  We MUST verify each applicants identity with a state approved picture ID.

     3.  All information must be verifiable.  If we cannot verify previous landlords, addresses, employment or any application response, it will be rejected.
